HOW TO MAKE BANANA BREAD
This moist and flavoursome sweet treat is technically a quick bread as it is baked in a loaf tin whilst retaining a cake like consistency. It's simpler to make than a traditional loaf as it does not require yeast or a set proofing time. Renowned as being one of the easiest cakes to make, it's perfect served with warmed caramel or a fruity accompaniment such as strawberries.
